摘要
近年来,大部分对华反倾销案件分布在我国中小企业密集的行业。面对国外的反倾销,许多中小企业应诉不积极或根本不应诉,给我国的出口造成了严重的损失。随着我国经济的持续增长,如何应对国外反倾销,成了我国众多的中小企业走向国际市场必须解决的现实问题。文章主要从博弈论的角度分析我国中小企业反倾销应诉不力的原因,并提出相应的对策。
In recent years, most of anti-dumping cases against Chinese exports happen to the industries that have a large number of minor enterprises. Facing with anti-dumping, most of minor enterprises dont plead actively or dont plead at all. As a result, this brings a heavy loss to our exports. With the sustainable development of our economy, how to answer anti-dumping is becoming a big issue for minor enterprises to enter into international market. This paper mainly analyses the reasons of poor pleading from a game-theory angle, and put forward relevant counter strategies for minor enterprises.
