摘要
反倾销已经成为我国外贸出口的一大障碍。本文试图在入世这个大背景下 ,从反倾销调查前、反倾销调查中和反倾销调查做出裁决后这三个方面来探讨行业协会在应对反倾销中的作用。这些作用是行业协会本身应具有的 ,但事实上由于我国行业协会存在的诸多问题 ,抑制了这些作用的发挥。
Anti dumping has been one of the major factors which restrain the development of Chinese exports.The purpose of the article is to discuss the function of the guild in the anti dumping under the background of entering WTO.The article discusses the function mainly from three aspects as followings: before the investigation of anti dumping,during the investigation of anti dumping and after a verdict of the investigation of anti dumping.The functions of the guild discussed here is just theoretic.In fact, Chinese guild has many limitations restraining the guild to employ its functions effectively.So it is time for the guild to reform.
