摘要
随着各国对我国企业的反倾销案件的迅速递增,我国于2001年12月实施新的《出口产品反倾销应诉规定》,期望促进出口企业的反倾销应诉。该《规定》在当今背景下有一定积极意义,但仍存在一些问题,如仍保持了"计划经济"思维、某些条文不现实、缺乏操作性等。
