摘要 植物细胞培养已成为生产医药、食品、化妆品等重要化合物的一条新途径.在提高次级代谢物产量的研究中,固定化培养逐步显示其优势.文章重点介绍了固定化培养的特点、固定化方法、固定化反应器和产物的释放四个方面的内容. Plant cell culture has became a new way to produce important compounds in medicine, food and cosmetic industries. During the research of enhancing the production output of secondary metabolites, immobilization culture shows the advantages gradually. This paper mainly introduces characteristics of immobilization culture, immobilization method, immobilization reactor and metabolites release.
