摘要
评价方法论是基于评价问题的一般途径和方式方法,其实质就是以一种系统的观点将众多的评价方法以某种形式组织起来,便于理解和选择具体的评价方法.方法论应具有整体性、普遍性、综合性等特点.本文结合国内外评价问题的研究方法以及作者多年来所从事的评价的理论与实践,阐述了评价、评价系统以及评价机理;分析了评价要素、评价程序;梳理了评价方法.
Evaluation methodology is the general approaches and means based on evaluation issues. The nature of the methodology is that different evaluation methods are organized at certain manner, so as to easily choose these methods according to specific needs. Methodology should be of integrity, general, and comprehensive. This article combines all kinds of evaluation methods coming from native or abroad and author's academic work. The paper describes evaluation, evaluation system, and evaluation principle. At the same time, evaluation elements and programs are mapped out. At the end, the paper sorts out evaluation methods.
