摘要
首先阐述了高管人员绩效评价的重要性,在建立高管人员绩效评价指标体系的基础上,介绍了基于B-P神经网络的高管人员绩效评价机理,并给出了应用实例。通过该实例表明,该评价方法具有准确性和实用性的特点,是一种评价高管人员绩效的有效方法。
Based on the analysis of the significance of performance evaluation for top managers, this paper establishes a perform- ance evaluation system for it and describes the evaluation mechanism based on BP neural network. The application example shows that this evaluation system is effective for its accuracy and practicability.
