摘要
志愿者在奥运会举办过程中起着越来越重要的作用,他们辛勤无私的工作已经成为成功举办奥运会的一个必不可少的条件。目前还没有一个完整的评价体系来对奥运会志愿者的工作进行公正客观的评价,采用文献研究与逻辑分析相结合的方法阐述了北京奥运会志愿者评价体系的主要内容。
During the Olympic Games, volunteers play a more and more important role. Their hard work has become a necessary qualification of holding the Olympic Games successfully. Now, there has not built a integrity evaluation system to objectively evaluate the work of volunteers in the Olympic Games. The thesis make use of the methods of documentary research and logical analysis to discuss the main content of volunteers evaluation system of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
