摘要
目的 调查分析军医大学七年制学员心理健康状况。方法 采用SCL 90症状自评量表 ,对军医大学七年制2 69名学员进行测试 ,并将结果与常模、军医大学五年制学员、地方大学七年制医学生的SCL 90因子分进行比较。结果 ①有 12 1%的学员存在各种明显的心理健康问题 ;②军医大学七年制学员心理健康问题主要表现为躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、偏执、精神病性等症状 ;③军医大学七年制学员心理健康水平表现出年级和性别特征 ,其中低年级较差 ,高年级较好 ;男生较差 ,女生较好。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the mental health of the seven year students in military medical universities. Methods SCL 90 was used to assess a total of 269 seven year students in military medical universities. The results were compared with the national norm, the five year students in military medical universities and the seven year students of local medical universities. Results Various mental health problems, including somatization, obsessive compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation and psychotism, were found in 12 1% students. The mental health levels of these students were correlated with grades and sexes: mental health level of the lower grades was lower than that of the higher grades, and that of the female students was higher than that of the male students. Conclusion More mental stress responses are found in the seven year students in military medical universities.
