摘要 通过对军医大学地方生的心理调查和教育实践探索,提出了军医大学地方生的整合教育模式。一个目标:以提高学员军校适应性、促进其心理发展为目标;两个关键:抓住“队干部和学员这两个关键人群”;三个原则:科学化、人本化和未来化;四种途径:教育和学习生活结合、队干部和学员结合、学员队和教研室结合、队干部和学员家庭结合;五项内容:生活管理、学习管理、情绪管理、人际管理和社会管理。 On base of mental health survey and education practical study on non-planned students in military university, the integrated model for education on non-planned students in military university has been constructed. 1. The one aim of education is to improve students' adaptability and creativity. 2. The two keys of education are to pay attention to two groups of people: counselors and students. 3. The three principles of education are scientificity, humanity and futurity. 4. The four ways of education are four combinations: combination between education and learning, combination between counselors and students, combination between management and instruction, combination between counselors' and students' family. 5. The five contents of education are life education, learning education, mood education, interpersonal relationship education and sociality education.
