地氟醚预处理对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨地氟醚预处理对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 将Wistar大鼠制成肝脏缺血再灌注模型 ,随机分为假手术对照组 (N)、肝脏缺血再灌注组 (IR)和地氟醚预处理组 (D) ,观察肝脏缺血 90min再灌注 1、3、6、及2 4h后血清中谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)和肝组织病理学改变。结果 肝脏缺血再灌注后血清ALT和AST含量均显著升高 ;缺血前吸入 1MAC地氟醚 3 0min后洗脱 10min者 ,肝酶的漏出减少 ,肝组织病理学损害明显减轻。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of pretreatment with desflurane on liver ischemic reperfusion injury in rats. Methods A total of 72 healthy adult Wistar rats, weighing between 200 g to 220 g, were randomly divided into three groups: shame operation group (N, n =8), ischemia reperfusion group (IR, n =32) and pretreatment with desflurane group(D, n =32). Rats suffered from ischemia for 90 min and were followed by reperfusion for different time. The amimals were killed at 1, 3, 6 and 24 h after reperfusion. Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were determined. The histopathologic changes in the liver were also observed. Results Serum levels of ALT and AST increased significantly after liver ischemia reperfusion. Pretreatment with inhalation of 6% desflurane for 30 min followed by washout for 10 min resulted in the decrease in the leakage of liver enzymes and the attenuation of the histopathological liver injuries. Conclusion Pretreatment with desflurane can protect liver from ischemia reperfusion injury to some extent.
