摘要
我们对猫的双侧颈总动脉(bCA)和双侧椎动脉(bVA)进行了不同数目和时间的阻断,观察了其病理生理指标的变化。结果显示:单纯bCA或bVA阻断,猫不发生脑缺血;bCA并一侧椎动脉(uVA)阻断,猫脑神经功能可逆时限为 5小时、生存时限为 9 小时;bCA+bVA阻断,其神经功能可逆时限和生存时限分别为20分钟和45分钟。
Experimental study of cerebral ischemia, in94 cats. Various brain blood supplying arteries wereoccluded in different length of time. Theresults indicated that bilateral carotid (bCA) andunilateral or bilateral vertebral artery (uVA orbVA) occlusion would cause cerebral ischemia incats, but bilateral carotid or bilateral vertebralarteries occlusion did not cause cerebralischemia. The study suggests occlusion three orfour of brain blood supplying arteris can be usedanimal model for cerebral ischemia and brainfunctional failure studying. The reversibility andsurvival time limits was 5 hrs. and 9 hrs in bCAand uVA occlusion, and was 20min, and 45min,in bCA+bVA occlusion.
