摘要
通过对云南某铁矿选矿厂的矿样分析表明该矿样以赤铁矿、镜铁矿为主,且铁矿物的嵌布粒度较细;进行的分选新工艺流程试验表明,阶段磨矿阶段选别中采用弱磁选-强磁选-重选工艺流程,能使铁精矿品位达到62.15%,回收率达到87.14%,比现有生产铁精品位58.35%、回收率69.18%的生产指标,精矿品位提高了3.8个百分点,回收率提高了17.96个百分点,说明本次试验在提高铁精矿品位、提高回收率等方面都取得很好的指标。
The ore sample analysis of a Yunnan iron concentrator shows that the sample mainly contains hematite and specularite and its iron minerals are fine disseminated. The new beneficiation process test indicates that the application of low intensity magnetic separation - high intensity magnetic separation - gravity separation process in the staged grinding and staged separation can obtain an iron concentrate grading 62.15% and having an iron recovery of 87.14%, up by 3.8 percentage points and 17.96 percentage points respectively compared to the original iron grade of 58.35% and iron recovery of 69. 185, which illustrates that the test has achieved good metallurgical performances in improving both the grade and the recovery.
