棉田捕食性天敌空间分布型及抽样技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 了解天敌的空间分布型对于利用天敌控制害虫以及天敌试验研究工作均有重要意义。它不仅关系到天敌的调查取样设计技术的精确程度与保护利用效果,而且还可借以看出天敌的生活习性以及对不同环境的适应程度,从而有助于种群消长的分析。 'Iwao mothed' and 'Improved Iwao mothed' were used, in this paper to analysis the spatial distribution of the populations'and community of prime predators in different cotton fields. the result indicated that the relationship of M*—M of the populations of prodators and prime spider Erigonidium graminicolum in cotton field is a quadrat regression equation. Under lower density, the distribution basic component of the community or populations is a loose individual group in which individual distribution is uniform or random, its relative aggregation degree varies with density of the population or community. The M*-M of another prime spider Misumenops tricuspidalus is a linear regression equation, the distribution basic components of the population are single individual. The analytical result also indicates that the prime factor which affects the aggregation degree of predators are generally the size Of sampling unit. The sampling method, sampling unit and the theortioal sampling number have been suggested in this paper for natural enemy investigation in cotton field.
