转基因棉花对草间小黑蛛生长发育及其相关酶活性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of transgenic cotton to development and enzyme activity of spider Erigonidium graminicolum

摘要 为评估转基因抗虫棉花对天敌的安全性,用取食常规棉(中棉所49)、单价棉(中棉所45)和双价棉(2009002)的棉铃虫幼虫饲喂草间小黑蛛,采用酶联免疫和分光光度计法研究转基因抗虫棉对草间小黑蛛生长发育及其相关酶活性的影响。结果显示,与常规棉花相比,单价棉花使草间小黑蛛4~5龄幼虫发育历期显著延长,对其余龄期影响不显著;双价棉花对草间小黑蛛1~3龄幼虫发育历期影响不显著,4~5龄幼虫发育历期显著延长,6龄后大量死亡。2种转基因棉对草间小黑蛛体重及其体内外源蛋白含量的影响均不显著,除谷胱甘肽-转移酶和单价棉处理的过氧化物酶外,对其它相关酶活性亦无显著影响。 In order to estimate the safety of transgenic cotton on natural enemies, the effects of transgenic cotton on development and enzyme activity of spider Erigonidium graminicolum, feeding cotton bollworm that had been reared on non-Bt cotton, cotton CCRI45 and 2009002 ( CrylAc plus Cry2Ab), was tested using ELISA and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Cotton CCRI45, compared with non-Bt cotton, there were no significant differences in the larvae of E. graminicolum except for 4th and 5th instars. In the compara- tive analysis between non-Bt cotton and 2009002, the duration of 4th and 5th instars were extended and most 6th instar E. graminicolum died wholesaly in 2009002. The weights of all instars were reduced with- out significant difference. There no difference between E. graminicolum that feeding prey that had been reared on non-Bt, CCRI45, 2009002 and blank control in heterologous protein content. Compared with the non-Bt, except glutathione S-transferase treated by CCRI45 and 2009002, peroxidase treated by CCRI45, the other relevant enzymatic activities had no significant differences.
