摘要
本文采用Iwao的M -M 回归关系、Taylor的幂法则和频次分布拟合 3种方法测定了小卷蛾斯氏线虫 (Steinernemacarpocapsae)Agriotos品系在果园土壤中的分布型。其M和M 的回归关系可用方程式 :M =4 46 36 + 1 5 318M表示 ,表明为聚集分布 ,与Taylor的幂法则和频次分布拟合法测定结果一致。分布的基本成分为疏松的个体群 ,个体在个体群内的分布是随机的 ,个体群大小为 0 2 4m2 。Taylor的幂法则结果表明 ,其a值受样方大小影响 ,变幅在 2~ 15之间 ,而聚集度指标系数b值相对稳定 ,在 1 4~ 1 5之间变化。利用分布型的研究结果 ,计算了不同取样精度下的理论抽样数 。
