ARRIF-Ⅲ型内固定器治疗腰椎滑脱症的初步临床报告 被引量:3

摘要 应用自行设计的ARRIF Ⅲ型内固定器对 15例不同程度的腰椎滑脱症患者进行切开复位融合内固定 ,从滑脱复位结果、融合的成功率、术后下肢根性症状的改善情况以及并发症等方面进行观察。结果发现 ,ARRIF Ⅲ型内固定器术中操作方便 ,椎间植骨时不需调节内固定器的螺丝帽 ,滑脱复位率为 94 % ,椎间及横突间植骨融合率为 87% ;术后平均随访 2年 2个月 ,86 7% (13/ 15 )的患者症状完全消失 ,内固定器无断裂、弯曲及松动。说明该内固定器能方便地对不同程度的腰椎滑脱症进行复位和融合固定 ,是一种使用方便。 ARRIF Ⅲ, which was designed by the authors, was used to reducte, and fix 15 cases of spondylolisthesis of different degrees, and the degree of reduction and fusion stabilization were observed. Any complication which occurred was also noted. The results shaved that the application of ARRIF Ⅲ was convenient with easy reduction of vertebral displacement, and the success rate of fusion and amelioration of root symptom of lower extremity after operation were as high as 94%. It was not necessary to adjust the screws of the fixators during inter vertebral bone graft. The fusion rate of inter vertebral and transverse processes was 87%. No breakage, no bending or loosening of the devise was encountered. Therefore, ARRIF Ⅲ is a kind of transpedicular internal fixator which can conveniently and effectively reduce and stabilize spondylolisthesis of different degrees
