摘要
目的 观察Cage椎间融合器治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ度腰椎滑脱症的近期疗效。 方法 应用Cage椎间融合器治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ度腰椎滑脱症 4 1例 ,按Meyerding分度 ,Ⅰ度滑脱 2 5例 ,Ⅱ度滑脱 16例。经前路31例 ,经后路 10例。仅置入 1个Cage 6例 ,其中前路 4例 ,后路 2例 ;其余均置入 2个Cage。 结果 手术前后X线片测量 ,见病椎有 6 9%～ 10 0 % (平均 83% )的复位 ,其中 15例完全复位。其中 32例术后获得 10～ 36个月、平均 17个月随访 ,全部骨性融合 ,2 6例症状完全消失 ,优良率为 81 3%。结论 Ⅰ～Ⅱ度的腰椎滑脱症均可应用Cage椎间融合器治疗。
Objective To investigate the early outcome of the grade 1 and 2 lumbar spondylolisthesis treated by interboby fusion with cage. Methods 41 cases of spodylolisthesis in degree 1 to 2 were treated with cage interbody fusion ,of which 31 cases were operated with anterior fusion and 10 cases with posterior fusion. According to Meyerding classification of lumbar spondylolistheis, 25 cases were classified as degree 1, 16 cases as degree 2. Results According to pre and post operative X ray measurement, the vertebrae had reduced with the rate of 69%～100%, 83% in anverage, of which 15 cases were reduced completely. 32 cases were followed up for 10～36 months with an average of 17 months. All the cases got bony fusion completely. The symptom disappeared in 26 cases. The excellent and good rate was 81 3%. Conclusion The lumbar spondylolisthesis in grade 1 and 2 can be treated with cage interbody fusion.
