摘要
德州仪器公司的TMS320C6000(以下简称TIC6000)系列DSPs是目前国际上性能最高的DSPs芯片。文中从该系列芯片的封装设计开始,分析讨论了整个PCB的制作过程中需要注意的一系列问题,内容主要包括C6000系列DSPs的BGA封装焊盘定义选择的分析、多层板布线分析和SMD焊装时关于元件贴片、回流焊接技术的分析。
Texas Instruments'TMS320C6000 DSPs is the highest performance DSPs today.This paper analyzes the problems that will encounter when design the system based on C6000 DSPs.These problems include that the choice of the define of the copper lands;the different method to connect the balls of BGA package and the signal routing technique when design the multilayer board; the case should be cared during reflow.
