摘要
本文报道用大剂量顺铂腔内注射、静脉注射硫代硫酸钠解毒的“双途径化疗”治疗癌性浆膜腔积液9例,其中肺腺癌伴胸腔积液7例,乳腺癌术后肝转移伴腹水1例,肝癌伴腹水1例。顺铂用量为100～150mg/m^2/次。用药后无1例出现骨髓抑制、肾功能损害。结果总有效率为88.9％。
Two-route high dose cisplatin chemotherapy was performed in 9 cases of malignant effusions including 7 from pulmonary adenocarcinoma and 2 ascitic fluid from breast cancer and liver cancer. Cisplatin was injected intraperitoneally or intra-thoracically and sodium thiosulfate was injected intravenously. The dosages of cisplatin introduced were 100-150mg/m2. No one showed marrow toxicity and renal damage. This treatment was found effective in 8/9 cases.
