摘要
腔内注射顺铂,同时在静脉内应用硫代硫酸钠解毒之双路疗法治疗恶性胸、腹水19例,显效8例(42.1％),有效6例(31.6％),稳定2例(10.5％),无效3例,(15.8％)。有效率(显效+有效)73,7％。(14/19)。
The double-route therapy refers to the intracavitary injection of DDp (Cisplatin DDp) coupled with intravenous administration of sodium thiosulfate (STS) as the antidote, which was used by us in the management of 19 cases of malignant thoracoabdo-minal ascites with the following results complete remission was observed in 8 cases (42.1%); partial remission in 6 cases (31.6%); stabiliztion of disease in 2 cases (10.5%); and no effect was seen in 3 cases (15.8%). In all, the rate of effectiveness (complete remission + partial remission) was 73.7% (14/19).
