摘要
自１９８９年１０月以来，对１７例晚期肿瘤采用腹腔内化疗，主要药物为顺铂、足叶乙甙、丝裂霉素和氟脲嘧啶，总有效率为５８．８％，而且不影响手术切口愈合。本文讨论了腹腔内化疗的特点、适应症和毒副反应。
We have applied intraperitoneal chemotherapy in treatment of advanced abdominal carcinomas since October 1989.Of the 17 cases treated,the total response rats is 58.8%.The applied drugs are DDP,VP16,MMC,and 5-FU. This therapy does not delay the incision healing.The rationale of the intraperitoneal chemotherapy,the indication of the therapy,and its toxic side effects have been discussed.
