摘要
根据单晶连铸技术原理,分析了单晶连铸过程的主要影响因素,并根据流体力学模型以及传热模型计算了液体金属压力和牵引速度。结果表明:根据模型确定的参数是合适的,并在铸型温度为690~780℃、冷却距离为50mm、牵引速度为1.1mm/s、开始时静压头为5~6mm、连铸时动压头为2mm左右的工艺条件下获得了Φ8mm高品质的单晶铝线材。
The apparatus of directional solidification horizontal continuous casting with high-gradient has been designed and made, which succeedes in manufacturing single-crystal copper ingots of 8~15mm in diameter. By analyzing synthetically the process of continuous casting, it can be inferred that the relationship of the technological parameters such as mould-temperature casting-speed cooling-distance, the reasonable operation process and the proper technological parameter rage can be attained by theoretic analysis and experimental tests.
