摘要
在高温扭转条件下,对比了球墨铸铁、低铬白口铁的变形能力。结果表明:在本实验条件下,0.25 s-1(50 rpm)为合金球墨铸铁850℃、900℃、950℃的特征应变速率;球墨铸铁变形能力大于低铬白口铁,球墨铸铁临界剪切变形可达2.45(变形速率为0.25 s-1),低铬白口铁为0.75(变形速率为0.34 s-1)。试验结论对球墨铸铁的压力加工工艺制定有重要的参考作用。
In this paper, under high temperature torsion condition the effect of strain rate to the deforming ability of nodular iron and low chromium white cast iron was investigated. And the comparison of the deforming ability between nodular cast iron and low chromium white cast iron was conducted. It is shown that the 0.25s^-1 (50) is the characterized strain rate of the tested alloy nodular cast iron at temperature from 850 ℃ to 950℃ under this test condition. The deforming ability of nodular cast iron is higher than that of low chromium white cast iron. The critical lovsion deformation of nodular cast iron and low chromium white cast iron are 2.45 (at strain rate 0.25s^- 1 ) and 0.75 (at strain rate 0.34s^-1 ) respectively. The experimental conclusion has the important reference function to the modular cast iron shaping craft formulation.
