摘要
本文运用有限差分原理、以位移为定步长,建立了YT25DY凿岩机活塞运动的动态模拟数学模型及相应的计算程序,解算了过渡过程及稳定解。电算模拟得出的凿岩机性能参数及活塞运动特性和实测结果基本一致。
In this Paper a mathematical model is developed for the dynamic simulation of the piston motion of type YT25DY rock drill, and the associated computer program is written with the unity displacement of piston as a definite step. The transient process and the steady solutions have been obtained by this program. The calculated parameters of the rock drill and the motion characteristics of the piston is in good agreement with the measured ones.
