摘要
文章设计一体化施加转钎扭矩装置,基于切削、摩擦与黏滑附加三部分构建扭矩需求包络,提出“动力单元+增扭传动+限扭解耦+密封防护+标准接口”的模块化方案与压力-扭矩标定的控制框架。进行气动马达与传动系统动力学模型构建及多场耦合仿真,结合样机台架试验与工况试验,验证了装置的扭矩能力、转速稳定性、解卡有效性等,以期形成可用于工程验收与在役标定的参考流程。
This paper designs an integrated torque application device for drill rod rotation,constructs the torque demand envelope based on cutting,friction and stick-slip addition,and proposes modular scheme comprising"power unit+torque-increasing transmission+torque-limiting decoupling+sealing protection+standard interface"and the pressure-torque calibration control framework.The dynamic model construction and multi-field coupling simulation of the pneumatic motor and transmission system are carried out.Combined with the prototype bench test and working condition test,the torque capacity,rotational speed stability and stuck releasing effectiveness of the device are verified,in order to form a reference process that can be used for engineering acceptance and in-service calibration.
