摘要
从人脂肪组织用RT PCR扩增抵抗素基因cDNA并测序 ,PCR产物亚克隆到T载体 ,再克隆到原核表达载体 ,表达质粒转化大肠杆菌并诱导表达 ,以Glutathin Sephrose 4B亲和层析柱纯化了目的融合蛋白。
The human resistin cDNA from human adipose tissue was amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced, and cloned into a prokaryotic expression vector. The fusion protein was expressed by E.coli and purified by Glutathion-Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography.
