摘要
采用商品化软件DYNAFORM对汽车灯板零件进行了数值模拟,讨论了拉延成形过程中抑制起皱产生的几种方法,结合实际生产情况得出了产品设计局部改进的解决方案。总结出了冲压产品设计过程中,考虑拉延工艺性时应注意的几个问题。说明了在产品设计阶段保证零件具有良好的成形工艺性的重要意义及数值模拟技术在冲压产品设计中所起的有效作用。
: This article studies the solving methods for the wrinkling during the drawing working procedure of lamp plate by DYNAFORM software, and educed the solving method for the production design amelioration combining with the practice.At the same time,it brings forward the problems we should pay attention to during the stamping production design considering formability.It explains the important meaning of keeping the parts having a good formability during the phase of production design, and the efficiency of numerical simulation during the stamping production design.
