摘要
随着汽车制造业迅猛发展,全球汽车制造企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,如何加快产品研发速度,缩短开发周期,降低研发和制造成本,快速适应市场需求与变化是每个整车企业都在研究的课题。同步工程工作的开展对解决上述问题是一个有效的工作方法,同步工程对汽车产品及相关过程进行平行、一体化的设计,在产品的设计阶段提早预报和发现存在的影响产品制造、质量、销售等的缺陷,并及时给予改进。这一工艺工作方法现在正在被汽车企业所认识、引进和应用。在此介绍了根据从事汽车涂装同步工程过程中的一些经验,以及同步工程工作中的理论分析与思路,希望对同行业工程师有所借鉴。
Along with the rapid development of automobile industry, the competition among the global car manuiacture enterprises is increasingly fierce. How to speed up the product development speed, shorten the development cycle, reduce R&D, and manufacturing costs, to quickly adapt to market demand and changes are the studying issue for every vehicle enterprise. Simultaneous engineering ( SE )is an effective way to solve the above problems, which can address the production, design, quality, and so on. This article describes some of the experience in the process of SE of automotive painting, and their theory analysis and ideas, in the hope of giving a reference to engineers in the same industry.
