摘要
本文叙述了如何利用最小二乘原理,根据技术资料中推荐的离散的间隙值,去建立Z=F(T)经验公式,以便模具CAD调用;同时可拟出T-Z曲线,提出了在模具设计中确定模具间隙的一种新方法—查图法。
This paper describes how to make use of the Least Squares Method to set up the experience formula Z= F（T） in accordance with the recommended scattered clearance values in technical data so that to be tranfered in mould CAD, Meanwhile. T-Z curves can be drawn so that bring forward a new method of confirming mould clearances in mould design.
