摘要 本文对激光显微光谱'元素谱线黑度——元素绝对量'法,从激光显微发射光谱分析公式推导中加以论证,设计了计算机数据处理程序,以类质同象单矿物石榴石和主要成分固定的方铅矿,作了测定方法试验,相对误差<±50%,相对标准偏差≤±16%。 In the paper the writers present a method of 'elementary line density-absolute quantity' from empircal-formula of spectrochemical analysis.In this study, chemically analyzed single mineral grains or samples used as standardization, were shot on plate in accordance with sampling quantity from small to large. After the measurement of line densities the ralative calibrating coefficients of volume were calculated at different sampling and the ralative calibrated absolute quantities of elements were calculated. According to plotting calibration curve of elements we can analyse some samples of the similar composition belonging to the still unknown species.percentage of elements in some minerals were determined separately. In the experiment the ralative errors are below ±50%, coefficient of variation is less than ±16%. Meanwhile, we have designed a processing program on PC-1500 Pocket Computer to improve the efficiency of the method.
