摘要
在 ICP- MS基础上用标准加入法对白酒中的锰、铅、铜进行了定量测定。与常见的分析方法相比 ,这种方法具有方便、准确、快速的优点。与等离子光谱相比 ,ICP- MS的检出限要低 3个数量级。由于果酒、黄酒和饮料的成分与白酒相似 ,因此这种方法不仅可以用来测定白酒中的微量元素 ,而且还可以用来测定果酒、黄酒及饮料中的微量元素。
The manganese,lead and copper in distilled spirit were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS) with standard additions.This method is convenient,accurate and fast.The detection limit of ICP MS is three orders of magnitude lower than that of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP AES).The method can also be used for the determination of trace elements in yellow wine,ratafee and beverages.
