摘要
本文用XRFS-绝对量薄样法研究了闪锌矿、黄铜矿等单矿物中主元素和次元素的测定。重点研究硫工作曲线的直化,实验表明,结果令人满意。
This paper studies the determination of major and minor elements in sphalerite and chalcopyrite etc. monominerals by XRFS-absolute quantity thin sample method. The determination of sulphur is investigated with emphasis on linearization of calibration curve of sulphur. Our experiments show that the results are satisfactory.
