摘要
本文研究了Na_2SO_3、NaOH用量,蒸煮温度和时间对竹材磺化化机浆得率、磺化度、及纸浆性能的影响,以及磨解段间NaOH处理对纸浆筛分、纤维形态及纸页性能的影响,并讨论了磺化化机浆的可漂性能。
The affects of the charge of Na2SO3, NaOH, the max. temperature and the time at max. temp, of the chemical pretreatment stage on the sulfonation degree, as well as yield and physical properties of bamboo SCMP were studied. The affects of treatment of the pulp by NaOH between the refining stages on the fiber fractions, morphological characteristics and physical properties of resultant pulp were studied. The bleachability of bamboo SCMP was discussed.
