摘要
对麦草、棉秆、白蜡秆三种非木材原料汽蒸爆破浆进行了次氯酸盐和H2O2漂白(HP)实验,探讨了影响漂白的因素。确定了HP漂白的最佳工艺参数:温度85℃,pH值10.5左右,用氯量10%,H2O2用量2%,浆浓10%,H段漂白时间20min,P段为1h。在此最优条件下,三种浆均可漂至70%SBD以上的白度。
Hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide bleaching experiments of steam-exploded pulps from three types of non-wood raw materials, i. e. wheat straw, cotton stalk and white wax stalk, were carried out and the factors affecting the bleaching are discussed. The results show that the optimal technological parameters in HP bleaching process were as follows： 85℃, pH 11, active chlorine charge 10%, H2O2 charge 2%, 10% of pulp concentration and reacting for 20 minutes in H stage and for 1 hour in P stage. The three kinds of pulp, being bleached under the optimum conditions, can all reach the brighmess of above 70% SBD.
