摘要
本文对芦竹的蒸煮工艺条件及漂白、抄纸性能进行了探索,结果发现:芦竹蒸煮困难,得率低,具有高温高碱的特性;其化学浆硬度高,难于漂白,强度性能差,因此芦竹不适合于生产化学浆,可以考虑化机浆的生产。
The article has studied technologies of cooking, bleaching and papermaking of Lu bamboo. It indicated that Lu bamboo, difficult to cook, required high temperature and dosage of alkali. The KMnO4 value of chemical pulp is so high that it is difficult to bleach, also the properties of strength are weak, we concluded that Lu bamboo is not fit for chemical pulp, but we can resort to chemi - mechanical pulp.
