摘要
介绍我省农业"禁区"的由来,论述了采取水平与垂直排水两种模式,使农业"禁区"变"特区"的治理技术。
This paper introduces the origin of the agricultural forbidden zone in Heilongjiang Province and discusses the two kinds of drainage modles of level and vertical are used to change the agricultural forbidden zone to special zone.
