摘要
分析了不同自然与社会条件的典型国家与地区的涝渍类型和治理对策 ,结合三江平原实际 ,确认三江平原涝渍类型主要是渍涝。应把渍涝治理作为三江平原治理主攻方向 ,具体治理可参照国内外不同国家和地区的成功技术与经验 。
By the analysing waterlogging and salinization types and its treatment measures with different natural and social conditions at home and abroad and associating with the realities of Sanjiang Plain,the type of waterlogging and salinization in Sanjiang Plain is mainly the salinization and waterlogging,which will be considered as a critical reatment direction during the course of controlling.The concrete treatment measure should be carried out by referring to achieved technologies and exprience,so as to make measures suitable for local conditions.
