摘要
电刺激麻醉家免延髓头端腹外侧区(rVLM)能诱发心外膜电图ST段明显抬高。刺激腓深神经能抑制这种反应。P5平面横断脑干、双侧电解损毁中脑中央灰质腹侧部(vPAG)或在双侧rVLM微量注射脑啡肽抗体后,均能明显减弱腓深神经的抑制作用。以上结果提示腓深神经能够抑制由rVLM诱发的心肌缺血反应。腓深神经的这种抑制效应可能有赖于中脑头端以上某些区域脑结构的完整,vPAG可能是这种抑制效应的中枢环节之一,延髓水平的脑啡肽可能参与这种抑制过程。
Experiments were performed on 33 male vagotomized rabbits anaesthetized with chloralose and urethane under artificial ventilation. The results were as follows: (1) ST segment deflection in epicardial electrogram (EECG) could be evoked by stimulation of the pars a nuclei reticularis gigantocellularis (Rgca) in rostral ventrolateral medulla (rVLM). Stimulation of the deep peroneal nerve (DPN) caused decrease in EECG-ST segment deflection induced by the Rgca stimulation. (2) After section of brainstem at the P5 level or electrolytic lesion of the ventral periaqueductal gray (PAG) at P9-10 level, the inhibitory effect of DPN inputs on the cardiac ischemia elicited by the Rgca stimulation was abolished. (3) After microinjection of enkephalin antibodies into Rgca, the inhibitory effect of DPN inputs was also eliminated. If rabbit serum, instead of enkephalin antibodies, was microinjected into the same area, the inhibitory effect of DPN inputs remained.These results suggest that: (1) cardiac ischemia can be elicited by rVLM stimulation in vagotomized rabbits; (2) the inhibitory effect of DPN inputs on the cardiac ischemia evoked by rVLM stimulation depends upon the existence of the ventral PAG in midbrain and some brain structures above P5 level in rabbits; (3) enkephalin in medulla may take part in the inhibitory effect of DPN inputs on the cardiac ischemia induced by rVLM stimulation.
