摘要
兴奋缰核(Hb)的不同区域对血压可能具有不同的影响,本实验在乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠上进行,L─谷氨酸(L─Glu)经玻璃微电极被分别注入到内侧缰核(MHb)和外侧缰核(LHb)。结果可见,内侧缰核(MHb)兴奋可明显提高血压和心率,血压由13.87±2.41升高至16.21±42kpa(P<0.001),心率由432.18±43.31升高至448±39.55b/min(P<0.001),而外侧缰核(LHb)兴奋引起不同的结果,血压由14.8±2.06降低到13.09±1.82kPa(P<0.001),心率无明显改变,结果表明,兴奋缰核对心血管活动的影响具有部位特异性。
Excitation of different areas of habenula (Hb) seems to have different influences on blood pressure. The present experiments were performed on rats anaesthetized with urethane. L─Glutamic acid (L─Glu) was injected into medial (MHb) and lateral habenular nucleus (LHb) via glass pipettes. The results were that activation of the MHb increased blood pressure (from 13.87±2.14 to 16.21±2.42 kpa) (p<0.001)and heart rates (from 432.18±43.31 to 448±39.55b/min) (p<0.001), whereas stimulation of LHb decreased blood pressure (from 14.8±2.06 to 13.09±1.82 kpa) (p<0.001), and did not affect heart rates. It shows that the Hb has a regional specificity in regard to cardiovascular regulation.
