摘要
本实验采用 HRP 逆行追踪法,用2 kg 左右成年家兔6只,经3%戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉后,在左侧后肢胫神经平(?)窝上角处横断主干,然后,对该神经近侧端触涂 HRP(Sigma Ⅵ)0.4mg,3 d 后将动物在过量麻醉下进行灌流,取脊髓 L_6～S_3节段及两侧相应的脊神经节,光镜下进行标记细胞观察,右侧作为对照,实验表明,脊 L_7～S_2节左侧前角腹外侧部出现标记细胞,左侧 L_7～S_2脊神经节也出现大量的标记细胞。对照侧观察结果皆为阴性。
The experiment was performed with 6 adult rabbits by means of horseradish peroxidase(HRP) which was smeared on the proximal cut ents of the left tibial nerves.A number of labeled cells ap- peared in ipsilateral spinal ganglia(S_1,S_2)in all the 6 animals.In 1 of them some labeled cells ap- peared also in ipsolaleral L_7 segments of spinal ganglia.The labeled cells in the spinal cord were found in the ipsiiateral ventral gray horn in these animals as well as in L_7～S_2 segments in them.
