摘要
以钨酸钠为反应试剂,用差示分光光度法测定发酵液和制剂中的土霉素含量,平均回收率99.8%,cv1.8%;用差示导数光谱法测定尿中土霉素,平均回收率为:102.3%,cv1.2%。方法简便、快速,准确度高。
Oxytetracycline in fermentation liquid and pharmaceutical preparations was determined by differential spectrophotometry using sodium tungstate as reagent.The average recovery was 99.8%,cv 1.8%.Oxytetracycline inurine was determined by differential derivative spectrophotometry.The averagerecovery was 102.3%,cv 1.2%.These metheds were simple,rapid and accurate.
