摘要
采用差示导数光谱测定药物制剂中四环素的含量。该法以钨酸钠为反应试剂,不经任何分离便可直接测定,方法可靠、稳定,灵敏度高。其平均回收率为99.97％,变异系数为0.6％。
Tetracycline in dosage forms is determined by differential -derivative spectrophotemetry. The method have been successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in dosage forms with the reacting agent sodium wolframate. Mean recovery is 99.7% and the coefficient of variation is 0.6%. The method is stable, sensitive and accurate.
