摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法检测土霉素注射液的含量。实验结果表明,该方法测出的样品峰面积的对数与浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.91%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.2%。本法与国内现行质量标准所采用的抗生素微生物测定法(生物效价法)对照,结果基本一致。本法具有简便、快速、准确、稳定性和重现性好等优点,可用于产品质量控制分析。
High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was applied to detect the content of Oxytetracycline in injection,C18 column and UV detector were included in the chromatographic conditions. The method showed good linear relationship between the logarithm of peak area and concentration of the sample. The average recovery was 99.91%,and the RSD was 0.2%. The analytical results was basically equal to that of the antibiotics microbial assay （the AMA）,which was existing domestic quality standards.This method was simple,rapid,accurate,stable and good reproducible,and could be used in quality control.
