摘要 目的 :探讨Fas,FasL和Bcl 2在胃癌发生发展中的表达及临床病理意义 .方法 :收集 93例不同胃粘膜标本 ,应用免疫组化技术检测不同病变阶段胃粘膜的Fas ,FasL和Bcl 2表达 .结果 :在正常粘膜 (n =2 0 )、癌前病变 (n =2 3)、高 中分化胃癌 (n =2 5 )、低分化胃癌 (n =2 5 )组织中Fas阳性表达率分别为 95 .0 % ,91.3% ,6 0 .0 %和 4 0 .0 % .FasL阳性表达率分别为 2 5 .0 % ,5 6 .5 % ,88.2 %和 84 .0 % .Bcl 2的阳性表达率分别 2 0 .0 % ,78.3% ,80 .0 %和 6 4 .0 % .结论 :Fas,FasL ,Bcl AIM: To explore the expression and significance of Fas, FasL and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinogenesis. METHODS: The expression of Fas, FasL and Bcl 2 in normal epithelial cells (NEC, n =20), dysplasia cells (DC, n =23) and/or metaplasia cells (MC, n =23) in precancerous lesion, well moderate differentiated carcinoma cells (WMDCC, n =25) and poorly differentiated carcinoma cells (PDCC, n =25) were studied by immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS: The positive expression rates of Fas were 95.0% for NEC, 91.3% for DC and/or MC, 60.0% for WMDCC and 40.0% for PDCC. The positive expression rates of FasL and Bcl 2 were 25.0% and 20.0% for NEC, 56.5% and 78.3% for DC and/or MC, 88.2% and 80.0% for WMDCC, 84.0% and 64.0% for PDCC, respectively. CONCLUSION: There are some difference in the expression of Fas, FasL and Bcl 2 in NEC, DC/MC, WMDCC and PDCC. The expression imbalance of Fas, FasL and Bcl 2 is closely associated with gastric carcinogenesis.
