摘要
目的 研究不孕症患者子宫内膜息肉组织中雌激素受体（ER）β,Fas配体（FasL）及热休克蛋白（HSP）90的表达,并探讨其相关性.方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）来检测正常增生期内膜和不孕症合并子宫内膜息肉患者息肉中ERβ、FasL与HSP90的转录水平.结果 子宫内膜息肉中ERβ、FasL与HSP90的mRNA表达水平分别为0.209±0.094、1.053±0.201及0.625±0.126,分别与对照组的0.377±0.122、0.659±0.157及0.401±0.083比较,ERβ稍降低（P〉0.05）,FasL与HSP90表达升高（P均〈0.05）;相关性分析发现FasL、HSP90与ERβ呈负相关（r=-0.552、-0.401,P均〈0.05）,FasL与HSP90呈正相关（r=0.631、P〈0.05）.结论 不孕症合并子宫内膜息肉患者的息肉组织中FasL与HSP90mRNA表达水平增高且与ERβ表达水平呈负相关,提示其可能参与了本病的病理生理过程.
Objective To investigate the expression and the relationships of estrogen receptor β（ERβ）, Fas ligand （FasL） and heat shock protein 90 （HSP90） in endometrial polyps （EP） in the infertility woman.Methods Proliferative phase of endometrium and EP from infertility woman were divided into two groups.The mRNA expression of ERβ,FasL and HSP90 in each group was detected by RT-PCR.Results The mRNA expression of ERβ, FasL and HSP90 in EP were 0.209±0.094.1.053.±0.201 and 0.625±0.126,respectively,which were lower than that of the control group （0.377±0.122,0.659±0.157 and 0.401±0.083）,respectively.The expression of ERβ was lower than that in EP tissue,but it had no significant difference from normal endometrium （P〉0.05）.The expression of FasL and HSP90 were highel compared with that of the control group.Correlation test shows that FasL and HSP90 had negative correlation with ERβ（r=-0.552,-0.401,P〈0.05）,and FasL is positively correlaed with HSP90（r=0.631,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Increased mRNA expression of FasL and HSP90 in EP may be involved in the pathogenesis of EP and may also contribute to the negative correlation of them with the mRNA expression level of ERβ.
