胃癌组织血管生长因子表达和微血管密度的关系 被引量:3

Expression rates of three angiogenic factors in gastric carcinoma and their relation with microvessel density and tumor progression

摘要 目的 :探讨胃癌碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和血小板衍生内皮细胞生长因子(PD ECGF)与胃癌微血管密度的关系 .方法 :用免疫组化法对 5 2例手术切除的胃癌标本分别作抗肿瘤血管内皮细胞染色以及抗bFGF ,VEGF和PD ECGF染色 .结果 :胃癌组织中bFGF ,VEGF和PD ECGF表达阳性率分别为 71.2 % ,5 1.9%和 78.8% .胃癌组织中bFGF ,VEGF和PD ECGF表达均阴性 ,其中之一表达阳性 ,其中两种表达阳性以及 3种均表达阳性者 ,伴有淋巴结转移发生率分别为 2 0 .0 % ,6 0 .0 % ,87.5 %和 95 .2 % ,趋势卡方检验差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;胃癌组织中的MVD计数分别为 34.2± 5 .6 ,4 3.3± 12 .6 ,5 6 .1± 15 .3和 74 .5± 2 4 .0 ,方差分析 ,各组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) .结论 :随着胃癌组织中血管生长因子表达阳性数目的增多 ,其肿瘤血管生成能力明显增大 。 AIM: To investigate the expression rates of three angiogenic factors: basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and platelet derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD ECGF)in gastric carcinoma(GC)and to investigate the relation of their expression rates to the microvessel density(MVD)of the tumor and to the progression of gastric carcinoma. METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining was conducted on 52 specimens of gastric carcinoma removed in operation. RESULTS: The expression rates of bFGF, VEGF and PD ECGF in GC tissues were 71.2%, 51.9% and 78.8% respectively. The incidence rates of lymph node metastasis with all three angiogenic factors negatively expressed, one positively expressed, two positively expressed or all three positively expressed were 20.0%, 60.0%, 87.5% and 95.2% respectively( P <0.01, test for trend). The MVD counts in GC tissues of the above mentioned 4 kinds were 34.2±5.6, 43.3±12.6, 56.1±15.3 and 74.5±24.0 respectively ( P <0.001, ANOVA test). CONCLUSION: As the number of positively expressed angiogenic factors in GC tissues increases, the angiogenic capability of the tumor enhances greatly and so does the incidence rate of lymph node metastasis.
