胃癌中血小板衍生内皮细胞生长因子的表达与微血管生成

The expression of platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor and microvascular density in human gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的研究探讨胃癌组织中血小板衍生内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)与胃癌生物学行为和血管生成的关系。方法应用免疫组化ElivisionTM法检测52份胃癌组织中PD-ECGF、CD34的表达并测定MVD,回顾分析胃癌患者的临床病理资料。结果胃癌组织中PD-ECGF的表达率为59.62%,平均MVD为72.60±16.87;伴有淋巴结转移组、侵及浆膜或浆膜外组的PD-ECGF的阳性率及MVD显著高于无淋巴结转移组、浸润深度未达浆膜层组,且Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期组的MVD高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期组;PD-ECGF阳性组的MVD高于阴性组。结论PD-ECGF参与了胃癌的浸润和转移及血管生成,PD-ECGF作为肿瘤抗血管治疗的靶点具有一定的价值。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of platelet-defived endothelial cell growth factor (PD-ECGF) together with microvascular density(MVD) and biological behaviour and tumor angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma. Methods ElivisionTM immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of PD-ECGF and CD34, evaluated the value of MVD in fifty-two gastric carcinoma specimens. Clinicopathologic materials of patients were as- sayed retrospectively. Results The positive expression of PD-ECGF was 59.62%, and the value of MVD was 72.60 ± 16.87. The rates of expression and the value of MVD in the group with lymph node metastasis and the group with or exceed serosa invasion were higher than that without lymph node metastasis and without serosa invasion respectively. MVD in group of Ⅲ +Ⅳ stage was significantly higher than that in Ⅰ + Ⅱ stage. MVD in the PD-ECGF positive-expression group was significantly higher than that in negative-expression group. Conclusion PD-ECGF participates in the invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis of human gastric carcinoma. PD-ECGF can be selected asa target for tumor anti-angiagenesis treatment.
