摘要
为了应用深层发酵技术生产麦角酰胺,对雀稗草麦角菌(Claviceps paspli Stev &Hall)781217菌株进行了深层发酵研究。其结果适宜菌龄为72~96h 二级菌龄;接种量为10%;最适pH 值为5.2;机械搅拌有利于麦角碱的产生;加入 Fe^(2+)、Fe^(3+)和 VB_1等可使麦角总生物碱含量明显提高。采用较适宜的发酵条件,经19d 培养,麦角总生物碱的产碱率达到0.1%~0.2%,麦角酰胺达0.03%~0.06%。
To produce lysergamide by submerged fermen-tation technique,we studied the submentation ofstrain 781217 of claviceps paspli Stev & Hall.It wasverified that the optimal age of secondary seed cul-ture was 72~96 hours,optimal amount of inocu-lum 10%,and optimal pH 5.2.Drastic stiring wasconducive to the production of ergot alkaloid.It wasfound that addition of Fe^(2+),Fe^(3+) and VB_1 into themedium during the course of fermentation could ob-viously increase the yield of ergot alkaloid.Underthe favorable fermentation conditions,the total al-kaloid production reached 0.10% after 19 days,and the yield of lysergamide are reached 0.03%~0.06%.
