摘要
以巴西蘑菇深层发酵的滤液和菌丝体为材料 ,分离出胞外多糖Ab FP和菌丝体水溶性多糖Ab MP ,对其抗肿瘤 (S180 )效果进行了研究 ,腹腔注射最高抑瘤率分别达 43%和 44 % ,人工栽培的巴西蘑菇子实体水溶性多糖Ab BP的最高抑瘤率达 6 1%。将菌丝体和子实体粉末加入饲料 ,使小鼠自由摄食六周 ,观察到肿瘤完全消失率分别在6 0 %和 5 0 %左右。肿瘤完全消失的小鼠 ,再次注射瘤细胞悬液 ,抗肿瘤效果在 96 %以上。
An extracellular polysaccharide,Ab FP and a water soluble mycelia polysaccharide,Ab MP,were extracted from filtrates and mycelia produced by submerged fermentation of Agaricus blazei,respectively.The above two samples were given i.p.daily for 10 consecutive days,the tumor (implanted S180) inhibition ratioes were 43% and 44%,respectively,however,that of a water\|soluble polysaccharide,Ab\|BP,extracted from fruiting body of this mushroom,was 61%.The foodstuff mixed with mycelia and fruiting bodies powder was administered orally to the mice for 6 weeks,the complete regression rate was about 50% and 60%,respectively.These mices were injected with tumor suspension once more,the probability of free tumor was above 96%.
