摘要
在小试基础上进行扩大试验,每次发酵总体积为10 L,所得FDP的含量与小试相同,再经分离提取、纯化及冷冻干燥等手段,最后制成FDP干粉。产品质量经法定单位检测各项指标与文献报道的数据一致。
This paper described the fact that the expansion test of FDP fermentation and extraction had been completed based on FDP preliminary test.The FDP content obtained in the expansion test were as much as in the preliminary test when using 10 cubic litre of fermentation solution.By means of the following steps,such as sepetation,extraction,purification and lyophilization,FDP powder was finally prepared.The quality indexes of the powder examined by lawful organizations showed no difference with the data reported in the relevent scientific documents.
